Rolling Hills – Price Reduction – Looking Beyond Sale Price

This Rolling Hills home on Middleridge recently sold for $2,450,000 – a significant reduction from the initial price of $2,695.000. But that’s only part of the story. In addition to the negotiated price reduction, the purchaser received credit at closing. It’s important to consider all aspects of the purchase/sale in negotiations. Sometimes people become fixated on one single element of the discussion and things may come to a deadlock.
